HAMBI & THE DANCE - l'image craque 7' 1981

Hambi and the dance, originated from Liverpool as far as i’m aware, the only album i’m aware of is “Heartache” released on Virgin records in 1982 which includes the brilliant single “L’Image Craque” plus singles, “Too late to fly the flag” and “Living in a heartache” They were lead by “Hambi” with the bass player being “Garry ‘Gazza’ Johnson” who later went on to enjoy success with “China Crisis” There were a few other singles and bits and pieces released, but as far as i’m aware nothing has ever been released on C.D., unless you know different..

Secession was a Scottish synth pop band that existed between 1983 and 1987. The original incarnation comprised Peter J. Thomson (guitar, keyboards, synthesizer and vocals), Jack Ross (guitar, synthesizer and vocals), Jim Ross (bass guitar) and Carole L. Branston (keyboards and vocals). The band used a small pre-programmed drum machine.............

UNTIL DECEMBER - until december lp 1986

Until December was a San Francisco-based rock band active in the early to late 1980s. The band released four 12" singles in 1985 on 415 Records / CBS. A self-titled album Until December was released in 1986 by 415 Records / CBS, which contained their biggest hit "Heaven". Other notable songs performed by Until December include their song "Until December", "Live Alone In Shame" (B-Side to the 12" of "Until December - The Berlin Mix") and a cover of the song "Bela Lugosi's Dead" by Bauhaus. They toured the U.S. as a headliner and with seminal 80's bands such as New Order, Gene Loves Jezebel, and Specimen. The band was especially popular in the leather subculture.

Member Adam Sherburne later formed the band Consolidated in the 1990s. Bryan Weisberg later formed Maximillion's Motorcycle Club. Greg(Auggie)Senzer former drummer owns and operates a motorcycle customizing shop and plays with several bay area bands......

COCTEAU TWINS - head over heels 1983

the cocteau twins were a scotish rock band active from 1979 to 1997, known for complex instrumentation and atmospheric, nonlyrical vocals. through formed in the postpunk and new wave era,the cocteau twins tended to defy concise categorization and their music was a key influence on dream pop althought the entire band earned much critical praise, liz prazer's distinctive vocals recieved the most attention at times barely decipherable fraser seemed to veer into glassolalia and mouth music , all music reviewer ned ragget writes that'' part of her appeal is how she can hard to interpret lyrics so emotionally gripping'
